#24 What Does the Bible Say About Success? | Redefining Success as a Christian Mom

What if success isn’t about what you accomplish, earn, or achieve—but about how faithfully you follow God?

In this episode of Discovering HOME, we’re redefining success through a biblical lens and looking at the life of Jesus as our ultimate example of obedience, sacrifice, humility, and selfless service.

We’ll explore what it means to:

  • Let go of fearful striving and prideful self-reliance
  • Faithfully steward what God has entrusted to you
  • Keep going when there’s no applause or visible fruit
  • Trust God with the outcome and focus on your next faithful step
  • Find freedom in being faithful right where you are

I’ll also share part of my own story—including why I took an $80K pay cut to be home with my daughters—and what I’ve learned about measuring success by God’s standards rather than the world’s.

If you’re a Christian mom who has ever wondered whether you’re doing enough, achieving enough, or making the “right” choices, this episode is an invitation to stop striving for the world’s definition of success and discover the freedom of faithfully following God in whatever season you’re in.
